Peter Pavlovich

Pete Pavlovich, CEO at P&R Companies, spearheads innovation and guides the company’s direction, together with Ryan, brings a combined level of experience of over forty years as part of the Multifamily Construction industry. Since inception, Pete’s focus has expanded with projects throughout the upper Midwest, including multifamily projects and developments in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio.
Ryan Nelson
CEO
Ryan Nelson, CEO at P&R Companies, directs the growth of P&R by guiding finance and contracting. Together with Pete, they bring a combined level of experience of over forty years as part of the Multifamily Construction industry. Since inception, Ryan’s work has expanded with projects throughout the upper Midwest, including multifamily projects and developments in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio.
MICHAEL ELLING
CFO & COO
Michael Elling is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at P&R. Mike handles all internal and external financial reporting, including bank and investor reporting. He is responsible for budget development, P&L performance, strategic planning, internal controls, proforma, due diligence and analysis on potential projects. He also develops business budgets, internal financials, KPI’s, strategic plans, cash forecasting and project costing tools.
Dan Seeley
VP CONSTRUCTION
Dan is Vice-President of Operations at P&R. He ensures that all plumbing, HVAC projects are completed with attention to quality and detail. Dan also makes sure that challenges encountered on the job are handled with thoughtfulness and innovation.
KALEE HERMANSON
HR | PAYROLL MANAGER
As P&R’s Human Resources Manager, Kalee provides guidance and leadership for all aspects of human resources. She oversees the hiring, training, and dismissal processes, administering and monitoring employee benefit programs and administering weekly payroll processing for the multi-state companies, policy creation and implementation, and employee and labor relations.
Megan Holsclaw
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Megan is the Operations Manager for P&R. She manages over 600 units in the Twin Ports. P&R doesn’t just build, but we manage or buildings through their life. Megan ensures that all tenant transitions are treated with the same care and attention we treat our family and community.
Cindy is a multi-talented Construction Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Motivated to deliver projects on time, and within established budget by monitoring progress, ensuring cost controls, and resolving problems quickly and efficiently. She has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from UMD.
As director of marketing and public relations, Erin lends her experience and expertise telling the company story, promoting properties the company builds and manages, and aids in researching and planning future developments. Her career was rooted in the traditional print mediums before transitioning to digital marketing.
MANDY HAMMER
PROPERTY MANAGER
Mandy is responsible for the 320 North and Acadia properties in Superior WI. Both properties have a combine 209 apartments. Whether near the shores of Lake Superior or in the residential neighborhood of East Superior both locations have many amenities.
ELYSE STRAPPLE
PROPERTY MANAGER
Elyse is responsible for the 147 units at our Aery property located in Hermantown MN. Located near the Duluth International Airport and Hermantown schools this building is a family friendly location.
Nathan Hegg Raway
PROPERTY & BOUTIQUE HOTEL MANAGER
Nathan manages Lincoln Park Flats and the Lincoln Park Boutique Hotel in Duluth MN’s Craft District. The Boutique Hotel offers 24 short-term-stay rentals, while the Flats features 50 apartments in Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Serena oversees Central Flats, Onyx of Superior and the Village Apartments in Superior WI. Combined the three buildings have 212 apartments.
CHERYL WALIMAA
Bookkeeper
As lead bookkeeper and IT coordinator for P&R, Cheryl is responsible for sales/use tax filing, compliance reporting, multiple company bank/credit card/loan reconciliations, record keeping, processing AP invoices, AR client billing, collections, data entry as well as company legal documents. She has been with P&R since 2015.
Stephanie is accountant with over ten years of experience. She has recently focused her services in the hospitality and property management industries.

Scott is a strategic, results orientated financial controller with progressive work experience in the manufacturing, financial services, distribution, and advertising industries. Scott approaches financial challenges with knowledge, experience and attention to detail.
