Central Flats is a unique property in that it has residential units that attract a variety of tenants, from the college student to the retiree. This specialized location is home to P&R Properties’ largest age-range in all of our properties. From 19 to 96, this property needs to cater to tenants of all ages.

Aery
As the former site of a restaurant and resort with small cabins, the Aery acreage was a unique building site requiring site cleanup and ledge rock blasting prior to construction. Located on the corner of Highway 53 and Ugstad Road, the site was also within a half mile of the Duluth International Airport approach.
