Kenwood Village is a 84-unit, 5 story multi-family housing complex. It includes underground parking and ground level commercial retail space. P&R provided a gas-fired PTAC system for heating and cooling, and the building envelope for ground commercial spaces. P&R also completed the tenant build out for Caribou Coffee.
