Market Square

Market Square is a 9 story, multi-family mixed use building. It features 297-units of multi-family housing, ground floor retail and event space, and two additional levels of underground parking. P&R is providing consulting and design-assist to oversee the complete plumbing and city multi VRF heating and cooling systems throughout. Market Square is currently under construction and expected to open in summer of 2021.
